Project Leader for R&D (embedded product)

Job description
To our client we are looking for a Project Leader with ability to drive a project for an embedded product. The project needs attention and management wants more focus on the tasks. Rework plans to meet already set goals and objectives of the project.

REQUIREMENTS
Mandatory
- At least 5-10 years’ experience of project management mainly from Product Development projects
- Business understanding and Experience
- Delivery-oriented mindset and an overall understanding of all project elements, such as timeliness, quality, budget and risk management
- Industry experience/knowledge
- Very good communication skills
- Ability to create highly motivated and performing project teams
- Coordination and networking skills
- Experience from set-based and sprint development method is a plus

Tasks
- Map out and define projects that need to be completed to reach the overall goal
- Set the overall time plan
- Set forecast and budget
- Follow up and drive progress
- Prioritize resources usage within the program to achieve set milestones, deliverables and toll gates
- You will report management and steering committee

Salary range
2700-3600 USD net (в зависимости от уровня кандидата)
