Our Client is large media company. We are looking for
HR Director in Kiev office.

Responsibilities:
Managing of HR departament
Planning, design and delivery of learning and development systems
Development of Corporate recruiting strategy
Development and implementation of compensation strategy
Developing local solutions of benefits, plans and policies
Development and implementation of corporate culture enhancement program, including culture survey and analysis

Requirements:
University degree
5+ years of experience in Head of HR role (preferably in international company)
Excellent experience in Recruitment and Training & Development functions
Experience of setting up HR system
English language fluency
Strong MS Office skills
Women 25-40

Our Client offers:
Salary 18000 UAH, social package
