Administrative Manager for foreign investment company

Our Client is foreign investment company. We are looking for
Administrative Manager in Kiev office.

Responsibilities:
Written translation of official English letters to Russian or Ukrainian
Some written translation Russian/Ukrainian to English
Answer phones in English, make travel arrangements, keep office stocked with food and drink, handle bill payments
Perform some company research and assist with MS Word and PowerPoint documents
Organize driving transportation for investment professionals
Coordinate with IT manager and administrative staff in other offices

Requirements:
University degree
English language fluency
Ukrainian language fluency
Knowledge of business environment
Minimum 2 years of experience in AA.
Strong MS Office skills
Strong organization and communication skills
Finance industry experience and experience with English speakers in the workplace would also be useful.

We offer salary 8000-10000 UAH (depending on a level of the candidate)
