Our Client is multinational company, leading provider of agricultural products and solutions. We are looking for
HR Generalist

This person will be located in Kiev, Ukraine

Responsibilities:
As part of the Commercial Area leadership team you will report to the East Area HR-Lead and will deliver customer-focused and business-related HR-services to Ukraine and Russia. You manage and monitor the implementation of the company's HR policies and procedures and are responsible for all operative HR topics like staff planning and recruiting, contracts and labor law issues, compensation & benefits and internal/external trainings. Regarding all these topics you will cooperate closely with the respective technical leads of the Commercial Area.

Requirements:
You have gained at least 3 years of professional HR-experience within a multinational environment, ideally an US-company. A relevant academic and/or specific HR-education would be an additional asset. As an ambitious professional you like to negotiate and are able to take courageous decisions when managing multiple tasks and priorities. You do not mind occasional travels throughout the region. You are fluent (oral and written) in English and Ukrainian, Russian knowledge is an advantage. Excellent PC- skills (MS Office) is a must.

We offer salary 1500-2000 USD (depending on the candidate), mobile phone, laptop, medical insurance
