Our Client - international logistic company (Kiev, Ukraine).
We are looking for Business Process & Organisation Manager
Main Tasks:
To define a clear process for all areas of company departments and to achieve and sustain a highest possible degree of office automation with a limited budget at hand. Implement agreed processes and document them to lead company into ISO certification.
Setup and training of inhouse and external software applications for users, define and document workflows, procedures and work instructions.
Implement a SLA and WI environment in all departments.
The requirements:
University degree, IT background;
Experience of similar work not less than 5 year in international companies, companies in the logistics field, IT companies with logistics affiliation;
Necessary knowledge and skills: Project management, change management, systems and process skills;
Management experience: 2-3 years minimum
Fluent English, Ukrainian and Russian.
Computer skills: Highly competent in all IT applications, database management, programming.
Driving license and experience
Male, age 28-40
We are offer:
Salary: 1500-2000 USD
Training will be provided on a regular basis.
