Personal Assistant to General Manager of foreign financial company

Our Client is foreign financial company. We are looking for
Personal Assistant to General Manager in Kiev office.

The requirements:
Higher Education
-a business degree or equivalent
-a high school diploma with a number of years administrative and supervisory experience
-knowledge of accounting, data and administrative management practices and procedures
-knowledge of clerical practices and procedures
-knowledge of human resources management practices and procedures
-knowledge of business and management principles
-computer skills and knowledge of office software packages, MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Fluent Russia, Ukrainian, English + (French or German)
Knowledge of business environment
Minimum 3 years of experience in PA.
Strong organization and communication skills
Finance industry experience and experience with English speakers in the workplace would also be useful.

Conditions of Job:
Permanent hiring according to Ukrainian Legislation
Trial period    3 months
Salary - 1500-2000 USD (depending on a level of the candidate)
